Conceivium Announces the Release of MobileMonitor v1.5 for BlackBerry Enterprise Server and MobileAnalyzer v1.5 for BlackBerry Enterprise Server
Monitoring and Reporting Tools Allow for Enhanced Performance Management of
BlackBerry Enterprise Server and Improved Business Operations

network management tools, announced today the release of MobileMonitor for
BlackBerry Enterprise Server (MobileMonitor) and MobileAnalyzer for
BlackBerry Enterprise Server (MobileAnalyzer). MobileMonitor gives
corporations the ability to pro-actively monitor BlackBerry Enterprise
Server™, developed by Research in Motion (RIM) (Nasdaq: RIMM), while
MobileAnalyzer provides detailed reports and assessments of captured
BlackBerry Enterprise Server traffic and performance data.
MobileMonitor extracts key performance data from the BlackBerry Enterprise
Server and provides administrators with the ability to connect pre-defined
performance data (i.e. non-responsive threads, SRP connectivity issues,
etc.) from the BlackBerry Enterprise Server into existing network monitoring
solutions. Seamlessly integrating with existing monitoring solutions, such
as IBM Tivoli, Net IQ AppManager, SiteScope, What’s Up Gold, Microsoft
Operations Manager (MOM), and others, MobileMonitor works with predetermined
notification and event escalation plans. MobileMonitor is designed to scale
from single to multiple BlackBerry Enterprise Server environments.
MobileAnalyzer is a web-console designed for registered users to create a
wide range of detailed reports (i.e. mail/data usage, message trace/
latency, configuration management, detailed user information, etc.) and
performance data analysis based upon information compiled from
MobileMonitor. Data can be stored and retrieved for weekly, quarterly and
annual reviews and comparison reports can incorporate specified timeframes
between differing servers and users. MobileAnalyzer can also be accessed by
department managers who need to run detailed reports on their users for a
variety of operational requirements, circumventing the IT staff and saving
valuable time.
