Conceivium Business Solutions announces the introduction of Bulk user management.
McLean, VA—Sept 10, 2009—Conceivium Business Solutions, Inc. announced the introduction of Bulk User Management. The Bulk User Management feature will facilitate administrators to automate and centrally manage the volume activation process. The new feature facilitates the bulk activation of smartphones (BlackBerry and ActiveSync). By providing corporate IT organizations with expanded management capabilities and device-user self-service functionality, MobileAnalyzer mitigates security and compliance risks associated with these devices — while also reducing total cost of ownership.
In large and distributed organizations one of bottleneck faced by administrators is the inability to roll out large numbers of devices at the same time. Well intentioned mobile deployments plans fail because IT staff have to manually activate and deploy devices which is time consuming and expensive. Conceivium’s solution automates the process entirely. With a few clicks 100s or even 1000s of devices can be deployed at the same time. MobileAnalyzer leverages active directory data to provide automated role-based device security and configuration enforcement and lifecycle management. The bulk user management feature can be used to activate or delete large number of users, move users from one group to another, between BES servers, or even apply IT policies to large number of users at the same time.
This facility is particularly useful for Managed Service providers and their customers. MSPs can automate the bulk configuration and management process for each individual customer or syndication partner (who may have customers of their own). With the bulk user management facility partner and customers can maintain their unique requirements (IT policies) without compromising on speed, efficiency and cost of ownership.
