CONCEIVIUM Continues Rapid Growth in Smartphone Management via Managed Service Providers (MSPs)

McLean, VA—August 11, 2009—Conceivium Business Solutions, and its industry leading MobileAnalyzer platform for monitoring, management and auditing of smartphones released today adoption results that indicate more than 25% of current devices under management are serviced through a third-party Managed Service Provider (MSP). CONCEIVIUM’s MobileAnalyzer has been designed to accommodate all types of managed service providers including hosted services, remotely managed services and multi-tenant BlackBerry Enterprise Server environments. MobileAnalyzer has been designed and used for years for BlackBerry and more recently Microsoft ActiveSync platform management within the MSP industry.

MSP’s continue to see rapid growth as outsourcing projects continue to gain traction within large corporations and SMB’s alike. The opportunity for growth is exponential as outsourcing trends continue and the penetration of smartphones within organizations continues to grow. With rapid growth, MSP’s are now challenged to develop processes and advanced services to provide a competitive advantage and decrease internal support costs per device managed. The white label features in MobileAnalyzer allow MSP’s to deliver a secure, integrated, co-branded web console to customers that can independently manage and administer their smartphone populations. The level of customer service is increased through independent management of basic administrative problems and the decline in service requests to the MSP results in bottom line savings. CONCEIVIUM MSP customers have seen a 50% - 60% decrease in support requests for managing smartphones and accounts which decreases the staffing units required per 1000 devices under management.

The product was built on a solid technology foundation that allows it to instantly send mobile device users communication via SMS, PIN, or direct push technology. With built-in phone conferencing and integrated web links that can be used to combine continuity of operations planning (COOP) documents as well as photographs or other vital information, the product is the only complete mobile messaging system on the market today. For emergency conditions, the “MSP’s have been a growth engine for us,” says Gregg Fleet, CONCEIVIUM’s Vice President of Global Sales. Fleet continues, “Our server agent architecture works perfectly for the centralized or distributed environments of our MSP customers. They are network efficient and do not create a single point of failure like other common agentless offerings.” MobileAnalyzer’s server agent architecture easily scales to 100,000s of devices from a single implementation and supports multiple geographies, databases, domains, and mail platforms. An additional value of the server agent architecture is the exponential reduction in demand on network WAN links between the servers and the web console.
